Rule 12: Action for non-compliance of direction by intermediaryIn case the intermediary fails to comply with direction issued to him under rule 9, the Designated Officer shall, with the prior approval of the Secretary, Department of Information Technology, initiate appropriate action as may be required to comply with the provisions of sub-section (3) of section 69A of the Act. |
